National Charity League, Inc. is a non-profit national organization of mothers and daughters dedicated to serving their communities and fostering the mother-daughter relationship. The mothers and daughters participate in a six-year program (grades seven through twelve), working together assisting various local philanthropies, participating in educational and leadership activities, and attending a variety of cultural events.

The Heart of Texas Chapter is located in Houston, Texas.



Founded in 2003, the Heart of Texas Chapter contributes approximately 10,000 hours each year to local philanthropies. We currently serve these philanthropies:
